Sorry, it's been a few days since I updated this. I have been busy, believe it or not. Anyway, I still don't have my laptop, but it should be coming in soon, within the next few days hopefully. I have everything else that comes with it though. Heh...

Well, school starts a week from tomorrow. Im half excited, half nervous. I don't know what to think I guess. Im excited to meet new people, but nervous all the same. I am nervous about everything!

I went and got my ultrasound today. It sucked. I had to drink 32oz. of water an hour before the test. I had to go to the bathroom so bad by the time I got called back that it hurt. Then the lady was pressing on my bladder, obviously, and that hurt, too. I was so relieved when she told me I could go to the bathroom. She didn't say if she found anything or if she didn't, so I guess all I have to do is wait. I couldn't really see anything for myself either. Everything looked the same... muahaha! I hope she didn't find anything. I mean the pain can't just be there for over a year for no reason at all. Oh well, growing pains I guess...

Heh, I was up quite late last night/this morning, like till 3:30 and got up at 7:30 to babysit my nephew and niece all day. They are outside now, alone... NO!! J/k. They are with my dad. So now I am really tired, I almost fell asleep with them when they were laying down for their nap.

The FedEx and Airborne Express guys came today. So, now I have my printer, a surge protector, blank CDs, Sim City 4, Norton Anti-virus software, a car charger, and a FlyLight for my laptop, yet no laptop. I built it myself online, so it takes longer I guess. I wonder when they will send it... hopefully before the 3rd. My printer is awesome! It is a printer/scanner/copier/fax thing. So Im happy now. I can't wait for my laptop though! haha, sorry, Im a little carried away. But anyway.. gtg - Lata

Well, I got up enough nerve to go to the doctor about the pain in my side. And now I am going to get an ultrasound. No, I am not pregnant, I just want to see if the pain is caused by a cyst. And, yes, it was my choice to go. I don't have to go, but I figured, maybe if there is a cyst, she might not have been able to feel it...

On the other hand, I woke up this morning quite late. My dad came in and asked why there were notes stuck to the door from Fed Express and Airborne Express, or whatever it is called. I said I didn't know and was quite aggravated. It was my laptop. Well, I tracked my order status from Dell and they said the printer would have been here today. So I was happy, but a printer without a computer is pretty pointless. That was supposed to be shipped through FedEx. I do not know what the AirEx was all about. They said my laptop and the accessories wouldn't be here until later next week, so, now I am kinda upset that I didn't get up earlier, but I just figured, maybe if I did get the laptop, I would have wanted to stay home and mess around with it, instead of making my doctors appt., which in turn made another doctors appointment where maybe there is something she couldn't "feel". Sorry if that is a bit confusing or wordy...

Hey, sorry I haven't been updating as much. Im trying to get everything around for college and stuff. I just went today to get my student ID and then went with my sister-in-law to get her books for her classes. It was fun, we actually found our way around without calling for directions - we are both pretty directionally challenged. Although, she did quite well today I thought, and I kinda did, heh. I also got some paper, folders, pens, etc... oh, and a bag too. I love getting new school supplies!!

With every passing day, I am getting more nervous about college. My first day is the 3rd, so I have a little bit at least, most start next week. As far as my classes, one word: Art. Art is cool and all, and yes, I know I will need the background in my program, but I have very little experience with drawing. I have mastered the art of stick people in my lifetime and have done the occasional "draw-a-house-with-a-ruler" thing, which ended up looking like a gingerbread house semi-destroyed by a tornado. And lucky me, the only classes I have. I can't wait until I get to computer stuff!!!

Well, today wasn't very interesting at all, besides the fact that I went to my old school to get some pictures left over from the YB (yearbook). Eh, it was fun I guess. I got to show the new foreign exchange student around. Finding computers in his classrooms sparked a bit of interest, and he didn't exactly know what a yearbook was. Then I showed him the Bio lab, and he said they weren't allowed to do any kinds of experiments where he came from (country at this point long forgotten). He seemed really nice and wasn't that bad looking either ;)

My "mission" hasn't been turning out the way I want it to. It is more like "mission: impossible" than anything else. I would really like to know if Im too picky or if "just not the right one" has came along. Hmm... I dunno. (And if you have no idea what I am talking about, I might mention it further down. Muahaha, Im trying to get people to read this.)

For the past four hours I have become a slave to my own computer. I had to reboot the whole POC contraption. By rebooting I mean, reinstalling Windows 98, I lost every file and piece of writing I had, obviously, so now I have to download this thing from the internet that takes about 2 hrs!! So, that sucks. But hey, things are working better, except for the life of me, I can't get the color right, everything is so dark, well right now it is a vast improvement from about 2 hours ago. But still... I hate it, but I get my laptop in a few days, hopefully, and that will be better. I can't wait!!! I even ordered the Sims City 4 game, at least I think 4. I also got a free carrying case and $50 off, and I am so lucky because that offer ends tomorrow. I just found the computer yesterday. I am also getting a printer, a CD-RW/DVD drive, and a floppy drive with a memory key, although I don't really know what that is.

Well, enough about my new computer.

Well, today wasn't much fun. I didn't do much, although my parents are still out of town! but they come back tomorrow. No. I guess it isn't that bad though. I downloaded some MP3s today, and the entire time, my computer was being a POC! I wanted to punch my hand right through it!!! But anyway... I downloaded some Further Seems Forever, and Taking Back Sunday songs. They are pretty good. Hey! If you don't know who they are, check out their website!! I have them linked!

Im in the process of adding band website pages. Check them out... I am currently adding more. So be patient... haha. I am also going to add some links to artists' MP3s, it will link you to mp3.com. But that might take a while... But anyway, just thought I'd let someone know, yet I am still kind of wondering if people actually read this.

Hey, Im going to be building another website! Well, actually two more, I am going to try to make one for the band my brother is in. I have pics and stuff, plus I am going to be working on my geocities site, and I will add some links to my pics on here, I have one on there already, but the page looks stupid and I don't want anyone to see it yet. I am taking a liking to this web building stuff... But anyway, I went up north for about the 5th time this week to visit my mom and dad. Today, the campground was getting packed. I played Phase 10 with Kristy, my sister-in-law, and three games of war. It was fun. And tonight, I get to babysit my niece, Kaylie, and nephew Corbin, and when they go to bed around 9:00-9:30, I will be able to get online and work on the sites. :) If anyone has any ideas for a site for a band, well besides pics, and I need them to get some music recorded before I put some mp3s on it, let me know, either e-mail me, AIM me, or just leave some comments. I want their page, and mine too, to look good, well I guess if anyone really does read this that is.... thanks though...
